We offer Nationwide forwarding as well as local service of process. If you need it done, we can do it. If we can't do it, we can tell you who can.

Our database is computerized, so information can be obtained for you as quickly as possible.

We automatically obtain names and addresses of all officers of a defendant/witness corporation when the process is received.

Service is as important to us as it is to you, so we offer our extensive resources to complete the service of process for a minimal fee. As long as we have process to serve on someone, we will do what we can to complete the service. If we locate a new or corrected address for the party being served in the course of our work, we only charge $16.50!

Our service fees for out-of-state clients are as follows:
(Utah clients are billed per state statute.)

Additional process to be served at the same address is $25.00 each.
